This open call is: The supply of disposable catering supplies. This open tender is subject to the provisions of Articles 33 and 57 to 59 and 76 of the Public Contracts Code (framework agreement) for for lots 3 and 4.
- For lots 1 and 2: the services will be a purchase order to monotitularisation market, with minimum and maximum passed under section 77 of the Public Procurement Code.
- For lots 3 and 4 of this consultation is to select multiple economic operators for the award of a framework agreement pursuant to Article 76 of the Public Procurement Code. The number of incumbents in each lot of the framework agreement will be 4 maximum subject to a sufficient number of candidates and offers. The framework agreement will be concluded without minimum or maximum
- The markets and the framework agreement will be concluded for a firm period of 48 months, commencing on 01/09/2016, or the date of notification if it is later than 09/01/2016. In any event, the markets and the framework agreement are to expire at 08/31/2020.
Any additional optional benefits are claimed for lots 1, 2 and 4.

This contract is for the manufacture and distribution of meals served under the catering in restaurants training centers 3 sites of the CCI of Maine et Loire (Angers, Cholet and Saumur).
It also discusses the benefits provided in cafeterias in Angers and Cholet.
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring:
Manufacturing and distribution in the premises of Centre Pierre Cointreau in Angers, in accordance with the qualitative and nutritional requirements and to the standards of safety and hygiene in force.
Providing meals in "satellite kitchen" on the site EURESPACE in Cholet.
The meals at the "kitchen satellite" on the site of the Saumur training space at Saumur.
Ancillary basis, the Contractor shall supply tray meals, breakfasts, meals served at tables, provision of small furnaces (benefits ordered by purchase order ordered by the unit price in the price schedule).
