The consultation focuses on the following services:
Supply and delivery of sweet and savory furnaces for cocktail receptions, bread, pastries and cakes for the services of the Department of the Somme.
The consultation is divided into 2 separate lots as follows:
- Lot 1: supply and delivery of sweet and savory furnaces for cocktail parties.
- Lot 2: supply and delivery of bread, cakes and pastries.
According to Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code resulting from Decree No 2006-975, 1.8.2006, consultation results in a good market for multi-attribute order. Each order will be allocated to the highest bidder under the unit price schedule given at the time of consultation and based on open days and holiday periods.
According to Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code, the consultation will result in a market with good multi-attribute command (these are at least three in number, subject to sufficient number of candidates and offers) whose benefits are likely to vary as follows:
- Lot 1: Estimated annual maximum amount: 22 000 EUR incl.
- Lot 2: estimated annual maximum amount: 13 000 EUR incl.
The contract is split into two batches defined as follows:
- Lot 1: sweet and savory furnaces for cocktail parties;
- Lot 2: bread, pastries and cakes;
Bidders can respond to one, several or all lots.
This contract is concluded for a period of 1 year (s) after the notification of the market.
Purchase orders may be issued until the last day of validity of the contract.
The contract is renewable tacitly under the conditions defined in the PCB, 2 times for a period of 1 year (s), or a maximum of 3 year (s).
Variants are not allowed. It is not intended option.
