They are invited to submit tenders for a framework agreement on the supply of catering appliances apply to independent schools (the entity) under Procurement Community The Independent Schools Procurement I / S (DFSI).

DFSI is a shopping community which is established with the aim to provide independent schools the opportunity to purchase goods / services on the agreements that are specifically aimed at the needs of independent schools have.

The framework agreement will be valid from 02.10.2017 up to and including 31.12.2018 with the possibility that DFSI can extend the contract for 2 * 12 months.

DFSI shall, within 3 months before contract end to give the supplier know if you wish to make use of the option.

Any trade, related to the framework contract made directly between the individual school / institution and contract gardens. DFSI is no liability in relation to any. disputes between the parties.

There is a framework agreement with one supplier.

Schools / institutions can readily draw on the framework agreement during its currency, but is not obliged to buy from the selected supplier.

- Ringkøbing: Damstrædet 2-6950 Ringkøbing

- Hjørring: Parallelvej 11-9800 Hjørring.

It should be noted that there are wreaking kitchen, but not production kitchen at the location in Ringkøbing.

This could have the consequence that the location will be closed for a period.

Cleaning services

Repair and maintenance services of ships

Offering concerns framework agreement on machine maintenance of Svendborg catering ships, including

There will in addition to machine maintenance also to a lesser extent to be made steel works on ships, including the replacement of plates or repair of ramps.

Docking is not covered by the tender.

Offering includes operation of canteens and food and hot drinks machines at the State Library (SB) in Aarhus. The canteen used by employees of the SB and students / employees at Aarhus University (AU) and other users of the SB. The canteen is open on weekdays, pt. ml. pm. 8: 00-14: 30 and on Saturdays, pt. between the hours. 10: 00-13: 00th There comes also catering for meetings and events. SB has approximately 420 000 visitors per. year. Total sales are approximately 3.3 million DKK per. year. As university library for AU develops and delivers SB service that supports the university's strategy for research, education and knowledge dissemination. As the center of the Danish public libraries develop and supply SB services that complement public library services to citizens. As the National Library collects, preserves and makes available SB Danish newspapers and audiovisual media, Danish websites and Danish books and periodicals. Pr. 1.1.17 merge SB with the Royal Library under the name National Library.

The Offering is subject to the Contract Act section 3 (Act no. 1564 of 12/15/2015) as a restricted and negotiated procedures.
