Scottish Enterprise are looking for a supplier or combination of suppliers to deliver tea, coffee and biscuit consumables for our customer meeting rooms and cafe areas in our offices in Scotland.
Scottish Enterprise has 13 office locations. These can be found in the North East, Tayside, Central and the South of Scotland. We are looking to award a framework contract to provide the following consumables, which will be utilised in both our customer areas and kitchens across all 13 of our offices;
This will be a framework consisting of 2 Lots:
Lot 1 – Catering Consumables (tea, coffee and sugar)
Lot 2 – Biscuits
It is anticipated the framework will commence on 1st September 2015 for an initial period of 3 years, with Scottish Enterprise having the option to extend, by mutual consent, for a further period of 1 year.
It is envisaged that the budget range for Lot 1 will be between £68,600 and £98,000 excluding VAT and the budget range for Lot 2 will be between £8,400 and £12,000 excluding VAT for the full length of the agreement. Suppliers are invited to bid for one or both lots.
