The work comprises the Servicing and Repair of Gas and Electric Fired Catering Equipment and at the establishments within the charge of the Council throughout the geographical area of Derbyshire as indicated in the property locations schedule. The authority reserves the right to carry out breakdown repairs with its own employees.

Troms county and participating municipalities have awarded a contract to Staples Norway AS after a competition for paper and plastic articles, as well as catering equipment.
The contract is for 2 year with an option for the Contracting Authority to extend the contract for a further 2 years, 1 year at a time. Any extension of the agreement shall at the latest be notified within 3 months prior to contract conclusion. The contracting authority, c/o Troms County only, has the right to trigger the above mentioned option. Businesses and municipalities who are entering into this agreement is obliged to keep the agreement during the entire agreement period, including the optional years.
The agreement shall i.a. contain the following product categories:

The total annual contract value is approx. 4 300 000 NOK of which the catering equipment amounts to approx. 550 000 NOK. The Contracting Authority shall enter into an agreement with one tenderer for the entire contract.

YPO are looking for providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the provision of Light Catering Equipment. The Framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO's internal requirements, through the following methods: Stock, Direct, Trading Contractual.
Lot 1: Light Catering Equipment — Stock and Direct. Items will be supplied either to YPOs warehouse in Wakefield, or directly to the customer via an order from YPO. Invoicing will happen between YPO and the supplier.
Lot 2: Light Catering Equipment — Contractual. Items will be supplied directly to the customer via an order from the customer to the supplier. Invoicing will happen between the supplier and the customer.
The Framework Agreement will cover the period from 1.9.2017 to 31.8.2019 with two options to extend for an additional 12 months.
The framework has an estimated value of between 2 700 000 — 3 700 000 GBP for the maximum life of the contract (4 years).
