Warrington Borough Council provides catering services to a number of Warrington schools. The catering equipment in these schools is owned and maintained by the Council. The Council is inviting interest from organisations to provide a maintenance, repair and replacement service for its catering equipment within school premises.

The Council's requirement will be provided through lots, suppliers can apply for any or all of the lots. Lot 1 — servicing of electrical/gas appliances; Lot 2 — repair and replacement of electrical/gas appliances (excluding refrigeration/freezing appliances); Lots 3 — repair and replacement of refrigeration/freezing appliances.

YPO are looking for providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the provision of Light Catering Equipment. The Framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO's internal requirements, through the following methods:

Stock: By establishing an agreement for providers to deliver stock into YPO's distribution centre in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

Direct: By establishing an agreement for providers to deliver to YPO customers on a direct basis whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the provider but the provider delivers direct to the end customer.

Trading Contractual: By establishing an agreement where the end customer will place orders directly with the provider on a ‘contract’ basis and the provider will deliver direct to the end customer on an agreed basis.

Troms County, with participating municipalities shall enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of paper and plastic articles and catering equipment. The agreement shall i.a. contain the following product categories:

— Toilet paper.

— Hand paper towels.

— Waste bags/sacks.

— Disposable cutleries, cups, plates.

— Baker's articles.

— Films and foils.

— Food article packaging,

etc.

The total annual contract value is approx. 4 300 000 NOK of wich the catering equipment amounts to approx. 550 000 NOK The Contracting Authority shall enter into an agreement with one tenderer for the entire contract.

The contract is for 2 year with an option for the Contracting Authority to extend the contract for a further 2 years, one year at a time. Any extension of the agreement shall at the latest be notified within 3 months prior to contract conclusion. The contracting authority, c/o Troms County only, has the right to trigger the above mentioned option. Businesses and municipalities who are entering into this agreement is obliged to keep the agreement during the entire agreement period, including the optional years.
