We will be based on the attached tender documents from the previous procurement, but welcomes feedback from the market views on competition papers and input into the planning of the competition. We would particularly like input on the following topics: farming, Model Contract, staffing and expertise, apprentice, canteen contribution, social demands, environmental and ecological food. We will conduct an open tender and it will therefore be very limited opportunities for influence when procurement is announced.
