Поръчката е за приготвяне и доставка на болнична храна по диети за нуждите на пациентите и персонала на МБАЛ „Проф. д-р П. Стоянов“ АД — гр. Ловеч. Храната следва да бъде приготвена с качествени продукти с доказан произход, да отговаря на нормативно установените изисквания за качество и безопасност при употреба от крайни потребители, да отговаря на санитарните, ветеринарно-санитарните, хигиенни и други норми, установени от действащото в Република България законодателство и на приложимите нормативни актове на органите на Европейския съюз и/или на издадени нормативни актове от специализирани държавни контролни органи в съответствие с нормативни изисквания. Храната е необходимо да бъде приготвена от продукти, несъдържащи вредни за здравето примеси и добавки при спазване на грамажа на порциите, вкусовите качества, технологичните изисквания за приготвяне на диетични храни и добър външен вид и изискванията за хигиена, качество и енергийна стойност на храната. Ежедневни доставки, 3 пъти дневно: Закуска — до 7:00 часа, Обяд — до 11:00 часа, Вечеря — до 17:00 часа. Действие на договора — 24 (двадесет и четири месеца) след влизане в сила на действие на договора.

Прогнозни количества:

1. За лежащо болни пациенти от 0 месеца до 6 месечна възраст приблизително 1 920 хранодни за период от 24 месеца.

2. За лежащо болни пациенти от 6 месеца до 12 месечна възраст приблизително 1 837 хранодни за период от 24 месеца.

3. За лежащо болни пациенти от 1 годишна до 3 годишна възраст включително приблизително 6 365 хранодни за период от 24 месеца.

4. За лежащо болни пациенти от 4 годишна до 18 годишна възраст приблизително 3 702 хранодни за период от 24 месеца.

5. За лежащо болни пациенти хранещи се съгласно Меню № 1, 4, 5, 7, 10 и 15 — приблизително 115 694 броя хранодни за период от 24 месеца.

Директорът на училището (възложител), или друг служител, определен от него, има право да изиска промяна в менюто, ако то или част от него не отговаря на задължителните нормативни изисквания. В този случай изпълнителят е длъжен да направи съответните промени в менюто.Приготвяните и/или доставяни от изпълнителя храни да включва храни в необходимите количества, видове, съдържание, начин на приготовление и съхранение в пълно съответствие на всички приложими нормативни актове, както и на утвърденото меню за съответната седмица.Млякото, млечните продукти и хлябът да са произведени по БДС или еквивалентно.Доставката на кетъринга,закуските и/или плодовете да се извършва в опаковка, съобразени с Наредба № 5/25.05.2006 г. за хигиената на храните и с хигиенните изисквания на оправомощените държавни органи.Доставените храни да бъдат съпроводени с документ за качество. В този случай изпълнителят е задължен незабавно и своевременно, според предложения от него срок за реакция в техническото си предложение, да достави храна, която напълно съответства на технически спецификации и на договорните условия, включително на приложимите нормативни актове.
