(ii) Incase the Bidder is not a manufacturer, then the Manufacturer who has provided Manufacturer's Authorization shouldmeet the above requirement and further the bidder shall furnish documentary evidence to demonstrate that the Bidder hassuccessfully supplied at least 50 % of the Quantity indicated in (i) above cumulatively over the last five years. Procurement Of Storybooks For Parents Reading Invitation for Bids REPUBLIC OFUZBEKISTAN Uzbekistan's Improving Pre-Primary and General Secondary Education Project Grant No.: TF 018066 Contract Title: Procurement of Storybooks for Parents Reading Reference No. (as per Procurement Plan): GPE/GRANT/ICB3-2014 1.              The Republic of Uzbekistan hasreceived financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Uzbekistan's Improving Pre-Primary and General Secondary Education Project, and intends to apply part of theproceeds toward payments under the contracts for the supply of Reading books for parents andbooks for preschool libraries. 2.              Bidders may bid for one or several contracts, as furtherdefined in the bidding document. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they areawarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid. 3.              The Ministry of Public Education of Uzbekistan now invites sealed bids from eligible biddersfor the supply of: Lot 1: Set of Reading Books 1 Set of Reading Books 202 440 Sets Lot 2: Set of Books for Preschool libraries 1 Set of books for preschool libraries 1 220 Sets 4.              Bidding will be conductedthrough the International Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits &Grants by World Bank Borrowers" dated January 2011 and revised July2014 ("Procurement Guidelines"), and is open to alleligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines.
