(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Tallahassee Outpatient Clinic has a need to procure of the Pharmacy Room Refrigeration Equipment, brand name or equal for the Pharmacy Room located at the Tallahassee Outpatient Clinic. (ii) The combined synopsis solicitation number is VA248-16-Q-1591. It's issued as a Request for Quotation. (iii) This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89 (7-14-2016). This technological equipment must include four industry standard audiology testing devices: a) diagnostic audiometer b) middle ear analyzer c) real ear verification d) otoscopic camera " The equipment must provide the "electronic transfer of data to NOAH." The Noah software system is designed specifically for the hearing-care industry. It provides hearing care professionals with a unified system for performing client-related tasks. " The equipment must interface with the Audiogram Edit tool in the VistA Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS). VA Clinicians use CPRS to view a patient's medical history from other VA facilities. The CPRS record system is used throughout the Veterans Health Administration in all health care settings (inpatient, outpatient, long-term care). " The equipment must have the "optional use of a keyboard or mouse to navigate through the systems." " The equipment must have the "built in speech testing available." " The vendor will provide the initial setup and calibration of all equipment.
