The Government anticipates the award of a Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with a QTY of up to (6) Engine Overhauls. This will be a 100% Full and Open Competition. The T63 engine is used in a test cell for the qualification of aviation turbine engine oils and helicopter gearbox oils as required by Military Specification MIL-PRF-23699, and is used to evaluate oil degradation characteristics under severe operating conditions.
