The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to procure a "brand name or equal" Falex Ellipsometric Tube Rater for the 11th Logistics Readiness Squadron at Joint Base Andrews MD. The proposed item will be solicited on a firm-fixed price basis, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c). This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334513 and the small business size standard is 500 employeess. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
