This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W911SG-16-T-9049 and is issued as a request for quotes. The Sit to Stand Desks shall be provided by a single vendor. In the case of a judicial challenge to the liability, the liability is not finally determined until all judicial appeal rights have been exhausted. (B) The taxpayer is delinquent in making payment.
