The Government will provide the Contractor with all training materials for the three-day and one-day training events, to include PowerPoint presentations, lesson plans, student manuals and handouts, role play scenarios, evaluation tools, and participant rosters/registration information. The training material content covers communication and negotiation skills, diversity in mediation, the mediation process (facilitative and evaluative models), and pre-meditation and post- mediation activities with a focus on achieving resolution. The trainers will deliver this training material provided to them by VA to the participants/ audience.
