The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (b) Submission of offers. The proposal shall consist of two separate parts (Technical and Price) as listed below. Have a minimum of 3 years teaching experience in personnel dynamics, business process reengineering, and strategic planning. b. Factor Assessment: This criterion evaluates the overall price to determine if the proposed price is fair and reasonable. The Government may determine an offer unacceptable if the proposed prices are materially unbalanced which is defined as significantly understated or overstated in relation to the actual cost of that work or when the price is determined not to be fair and reasonable. b. The U.S. Army Health Care Acquisition Activity (HCAA), Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC), Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to issue a single award for university affiliation support services for a Master of Health Administration (MHA), Joint MHA/Master of Business Administration (MHA-MBA) and MHA in Executive Clinical Leadership (MHA-ECL) for the U.S. Army Medical Department Center and School (AMEDDC&S), Graduate Programs. Parts charges are included within the service agreement as defined in the Performance Work Statement. The equipment is only located in a USAISR building at Fort Sam Houston, TX. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Utilizing the annual and preventative mainenance services will allow the USAISR to Edstrom Industries, Inc. 819 Bakke Ave, Waterford, WI 53185-4227. Edstrom Industries, Inc. is qualified to optimize services to avoid loss of quality animal drinking water (resulting in compromised animal health in research animals) by providing pm, repair and emergency service in a timely manner. The total award amount, one 12 month base to include a one 12 month option, estimated to be $291,783.00. The contractor is expected to establishing processes and assign appropriate resources to effectively administer the equipment. The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intends to issue a single source award and the United States Army Medical Research Institute of Chemical Defense will provide preventative maintenance services on an existing Edstrom Animal Water System. The US Army Medical Research Institute of Chemical Defense (USAMRICD) is a world-class organization and clear leader in medical research. USAMRICD requires the use of a private company to provide preventative maintenance (pm) and remedial repair services to all research animal drinking water systems in the Institute's four vivariums. The USAMRICD seeks a non-personal services contract to provide preventive maintenance and remedial repair services for animal drinking water systems and accessories as defined in thie Performance Work Statement. The equipment is only located in USAMRICD building at Aberdeen Proving Ground-Edgewood Area, Maryland. The objective is to avoid loss of quality animal drinking water (resulting in compromised animal health in research animals) by providing preventative maintenenance repair and emergency service in a timely manner. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Utilizing the annual and preventative mainenance services will allow the USAMICD to Edstrom Industries, Inc. 819 Bakke Ave, Waterford, WI 53185-4227. Edstrom Industries, Inc. is qualified to optimize services to avoid loss of quality animal drinking water (resulting in compromised animal health in research animals) by providing pm, repair and emergency service in a timely manner. The total award amount, one 12 month option, estimated to be $84,280.00. The contractor is expected to establishing processes and assign appropriate resources to effectively administer the equipment. Contractors who can provide USAMRAA with the required services are invited to electronically submit their capability statements that demonstrate clear and convincing evidence, that their firm will satisfy the government's technical requirement. Capability Statements should appear on company letterhead and include, at minimum, affirmation of active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), your Data Universal qualifications, and any applicable pricing data or information.
