The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (AAO) intends to award a firm-fixed price, non-personal service per FAR 37.4 - Nonpersonal Health Care Services, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ), commercial item in response to Request for Proposal (RFP) 17-242-SOL-00044. Utilize your most competitive and reasonable rates. The contractor will be required to perform for 8 hours per day, 1 day a months, 12 months a year at the Albuquerque Indian Dental Clinic. The fee is a flat per-day rate with up to 8 - 15 patients scheduled each day. The contractor must be certified by the American Board of Endodontic Dentistry and licensed in a state of the United States or its territories in order to practice endodontic dentistry. W81K00-17-T-0205 This acquisition is for Standardized Patients for the Army Medical Department Center and School Sexual Assault Medical Forensic Course, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. This requirement is for five (5) Standardize Patients per session (5 Females and no Males). Each Standardized Patients (SP) can have up to three (3) encounters per student with a maximum of 24 students per session. SP must be able to accurately portray the physical and emotional criteria of a case as well retain and assess the details of each student encounter. A SP is an individual female trained to portray a patient with a specific condition in a realistic, standardized, and repeatable way (where portrayal/presentation varies based only on learner performance). The Standardized Patient is used for teaching and assessment of learners including but not limited to medical- forensic history, physical examination, evidence collection, ano-genital examination which includes vaginal speculum insertion, and other clinical skills in simulated clinical environments. The Standardized Patients also provides feedback on the patient care experience A solicitation (Request for Quote) will be issued on or about 20 April 2017.
