Unplanned response repairs, maintenance and minor works to Council owned dwellings and garages throughout Angus. There are 5 trade categories (Builder, Joiner, Plumber, Electrician and Multi-trade i.e. adaptations for the disabled, preparing properties for relet, house clearances and cleaning...) within each of the 3 housing management areas 1. Arbroath, Carnoustie and Monifieth 2. Brechin and Montrose and 3. Forfar and Kirriemuir. This has achieved the aim of having multi-supplier Frameworks. We are unable to give any guarantees either about contract volumes or ranking on the Frameworks. The main aim of the support provided is to enable individuals to be supported to live where they want to live and feel safe, to be treated with respect and dignity and maintain or improve the skills they need to remain in their own home if this is what they want. Services provided may include personal care services and housing support services and could also be provided as home based respite for a carer as well as the individual receiving services.
