This long term arrangement is focused primarily on an outbound telemarketing campaign targeted to reach individuals who are prospective, current, and lapsed/past donors living in the Philippines to convince them respectively to:
a) agree to sign-up as a pledge donor (donor acquisition); b) convert one-off/one time donors to monthly pledge donors (donor conversion/retention); c) increase their contributions if they are already giving (donor upgrade/retention); d) continue their monthly pledge giving by providing their updated credit card details (donor renewal/retention); e) give again if they have given in the past (donor reactivation) f) leads generation (for donor acquisition)
Outbound Telemarketing Services Scope of Works includes the following:
Establish and provide outbound telemarketing services aligned with UNICEF’s telemarketing needs and volume as well as assess other IT requirements/solutions that will benefit the campaign Follow and utilize spiel outlines and program information provided by UNICEF as guidance for their telemarketing pitches. Receive call lists from UNICEF and manage data import for scrubbing and segmentation according to list source, location, and other criteria relevant to implementing the call-outs. Monitor call processes, usage patterns, and consult regularly with UNICEF on an ongoing basis to identify any relevant trends, and recommend modifications and improvements to better achieve goals. A monthly meeting on agreed key performance indicators at a minimum should be part of the project. Keep full, true and up-to-date accounts, records and documentation for UNICEF, and submit reports per the formats prescribed by UNICEF. Telemarketing staff to comply with policies, ethical guidelines and procedures provided by UNICEF in order to preserve goodwill and reputation of the brand.
