In 2016 we recruited 37 employees for 19 positions. Most of the recruitments were within customer services and case management. In addition we have regular recruitments to administrative positions, IT employees and other types of development and analysis functions. Many of the positions are only announced internally and the Norwegian State Education Fund recruits most positions itself. External assistance can be required for parts of the process for other management positions, for example, testing and/or final assessments, but also here external assistance can be required for the entire process.

As a starting point, the professional positions will be

other professional roles can be included under the framework agreement.

The Norwegian State Education Fund will, for the recruitment of these positions,

require assistance for parts of the process, for

example, testing and final assessments, but the

The assignment shall contribute to HiOA obtaining high level competence, so that the institution reaches its strategic targets and is run efficiently and within the frameworks set in the general rules. We would like to establish framework agreements with 2 tenderers who we can consult with when needed and benefit from their competence and network in order to attract employees who can help take HiOA a step further. HiOA will assess what services are required for each position. Some candidates are expected to be internal applicants.

It is not possible to state an exact final extent of the activities within the period, as there are uncertainties regarding how many positions shall be filled and to what degree HiOA will require external support for these appointments.

Many of HiOA's managers are on a contract that expires at the end of 2019. HiOA expects, therefore, to need assistance with 8-15 recruitment processes from spring 2018 to spring 2019. The extent for the rest of the contract period is unknown.
