The subject of the public contract is to undertake an implementation project measurement, implementation of a comprehensive geotechnical monitoring and hydromonitoringu, detailed comprehensive "3D" soudněznalecká condition survey, engineering survey question pasportizovaných objects (to be implemented on the basis of the results of the condition survey, recommendations copyright supervision, contractor and condition survey of a representative of the Client subsequent approval by the Client) and detailed comprehensive "3D" repasportizace (part of the final repasportizace will be processed on the premises detailed study / analysis of the impacts of construction on the subject, including an analysis of the monitoring results, the final repasportizace in the 3D details will be made as soudněznalecká documentation) within the project " Disabled access to the metro station Andel "in the range of tender documentation for selection of the contractor including all ancillary and associated activities such as the comprehensive evaluation of the measurement results, including supervision and consultancy to the customer until full completion of the action; advisory and consulting services in order to achieve maximum quality parameters of structures depending to minimize negative impacts on the environment and the objects in question. Further definition of the subject contract contains a binding pattern of a service contract, which is contained in Annex 1 of the tender documents. Opening the envelopes are entitled to attend all applicants (maximum one person for candidates who have demonstrated the power of attorney, unless the statutory authority of the applicant or its members), who submitted a bid to the deadline for submission of tenders. Sponsor further reserves the following rights and conditions: - The authority reserves the right to cancel the tender in the procedure in accordance with § 84 paragraph 5 PPA, even without any reason, - the Contracting Authority reserves the right to verify the information given in the supplier offers - the contracting authority contractors submitted bids refunded, - the costs associated with processing, the contracting authority does not pay suppliers - in the case of non-compliance of the information contained in the notice of initiation of the procurement procedure and in the tender documents, the critical conditions are always in the notice of initiation of the procurement procedure - Suppliers are obliged to refrain from any conduct which might impair transparent and non-discriminatory during the procurement process, especially the negotiations, which would result in a distortion of competition between bidders in the procurement process. The applicant acknowledges that the contracting authority may enter into a contract with the tenderer: if the processing of the applicant's menu participated authority employee or member of the statutory body, statutory body, member of the project implementation team or person who is under contract involved in the preparation or the award of the recruitment management, respectively. in association with the applicant who is an employee of the contracting authority or by a member of the team or person who is under contract involved in the preparation or the award of the recruitment process or the subcontractor's employee authority, a member of the team or person who is under contract involved in the preparation or the award of the recruitment procedure, which was disqualified from public contracts pursuant to § 120a paragraph 2) of Act No. 137/2006 Coll. and is kept in the register of persons banned from public contracts.

The subject of the public contract is a reconstruction of the tramway in the street Bělohorská. Details and specifications subject of this contract is given in the documentation for the execution of the project, which forms part of the G tender documents. Opening the envelopes are entitled to attend all applicants (maximum one person for candidates who have demonstrated the power of attorney, unless the statutory authority of the applicant or its members), who submitted a bid to the deadline for submission of tenders. Part G tender documentation is not completely published on the profile of the contracting authority and shall be submitted or sent to the supplier at his request, the Contractor shall deliver the person representing the sponsor (see section A, paragraph 16 of tender documentation). Part G of tender documentation will be forwarded to the supplier or sent to one of the following methods, which the supplier chooses in their application: a) the supplier of the prearranged time of transmission in electronic form on CD at the person representing the authority - Brodec & PARTNERS sro, law firm, Rubešova 162/8, 120 00 Praha 2, b) the suppliers at pre-agreed time passed in written form to the address of the person representing authority - Brodec & PARTNERS sro, law firm, Rubešova 162/8, 120 00 Praha 2, c) contractors will sent in paper form, electronic form on CD or both of these forms (according to the supplier) to the address given in the application. The sponsor notes that in accordance with § 48 paragraph 7 of the Act will be the supplier of the G tender documentation in paper form be sent or handed over after payment of the costs of reproduction in the amount of 32,046 CZK without VAT (38 CZK 775.66 including VAT) and case of shipment to an address in the Czech Republic and the cost of packaging and postage in the amount of 200, - CZK incl. VAT. In case of request to be sent to an address outside the territory of the Czech Republic will be the cost of the postage and packing suppliers notified immediately. The costs referred to in this paragraph shall pay to the contractor's bank account no authority 120037-1930731349/0800, variable symbol: No. supplier, such as a message to the recipient candidate by the word "Project Documentation" and the name of the contract. If the supplier will require a transfer or a portion of the G tender documents in electronic form on CD, the contracting authority will require the payment of related costs. Transmission documentation will be possible only after agreement with the contact person on weekdays from 8.00 to 14.00 hours. Transmission documentation will be possible only on the basis of the application, which includes proof of the transfer of the above amount to the account of the contracting authority (if sent by mail, incl. Postage). Payment in cash is not possible. The request for documents is the name of the tenderer according to the commercial register, the address of the applicant, the applicant ID number, VAT number of the applicant. The Contracting Authority may revoke or cancel the tender conditions laid down in § 84 of the Act. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the tender in the procedure in accordance with § 84 paragraph 5 of the Act, even without any reason. Sponsor reserves the right to change or add additional specifications of this contract. Sponsor reserves the right to further defined range of information that will be provided by the tenderer during the procurement and possibly during the performance of a contract to publish on the transparency of management on the Internet, including information designated as confidential pursuant to § 152 of the Act. These information are: Company supplier price applicant, the delivery date according to the offer, a contract number, contract name, then bidding information essential for assessment according to established evaluation criteria. The termination of the procurement procedure does not terminate the right to disclosure. By participating in the procedure for the award of a public contract bidder takes note that the Contracting Authority with the above information provided during the procurement process will be handled in the manner and expressed agreement with their use. The sponsor notes that the supplier will be according to § 2. e) Act No. 320/2001 Coll., financial control, as amended, is obliged to cooperate in the exercise of financial control. The sponsor will provide applicants no reimbursement of costs incurred in drawing up tenders for public contracts and other expenses related to participation in the tender.
