This requirement is for promotional items to support the recruiting and retention of New Mexico Army National Guard (NMARNG) Soldiers. This acquisition is reserved only for Small Business concerns. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004. Lack of registration in SAM will make an offeror ineligible for award. The website for SAM is www.SAM.gov. See posted J&A for further information. The Iowa National Guard awarded a purchase order for Recruiting and Marketing advertising event. The purchase order included the production and installation of King Kong wraps to be installed on ten city buses. The wraps will remain on the buses for 11 months from the date of installation. Production and installation should be completed within 30-days The Iowa Army National Guard Recruiting Office is currently lagging in market shares in the Des Moines, Iowa area. Des Moines is one key city in the marketing plan for the recruiting office based on the number of individuals in the primary recruiting demographics. To target the primary recruiting demographics we have determine the use of the public transportation system will provide the greatest exposure (impressions) to the target audience. Statement of Work Services: The vendor shall: 1. Appoint a single point of contact for the NRC National Facilities Program Manager to coordinate all aspects on planning and executing of the program. 2. Provide a delivery schedule to Navy POCs based on product timelines. 3. Perform all coordination with each NRS for the installation of perforated window graphics. 4. Provide the capability to tract, monitor, and manage completion of each recruiting station site identified to receive perforated window graphics. 5. Installation is limited to Monday through Friday 0900-1600. 6. Product must cover no less than 70% of specified area. Recommend the graphic be centered (top/bottom and side/side) in the window pane if only 70% coverage is allowed. 7. File permit where applicable. 8. Obtain all appropriate documentation to approve graphic installation and provide a copy of all documentation to Navy POCs within one week of approval. 9. Provide Navy POCs with a preview sample image of selected window graphics on the NRS. 10. Print, deliver, and install approved window graphics at specified Navy Recruiting Station. 11. Remove any existing exterior window application. 12. Correct or replace any defective window graphics due to manufacturers defect or improper installation. 13. Laminate over the graphic on the exterior glass 14. The vendor needs to treat each location independently because each NRS has a different window size, rules, and regulation. Government shall provide to vender: The government shall provide, the facilities, equipment, materials, and/or services listed below. 1. All window graphics images to vendor in Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) file format. 2. NRS name/address/POCs for each location. 3. Selected window graphics for each location. 4. Approval/Disapproval of window graphics based on preview sample provided by vendor. Product: Perforated Window Graphic shall meet or exceed the quality, size and appearance set forth by industry standard of CLEAR FOCUS 60/40 (60 percent perforation, 40 percent holes). Hole sizes will be 1.6MM in size. Image will be based on selected image provided by Navy Recruiting Command’s National Facilities Program Manager.

The Norwegian National Rail Administration wants tender offers on recruiting support for the trainee program.

The trainee scheme is central in ensuring The Norwegian National Rail Administration has access to the coveted

competence and future leaders.

Last year there were 1 451 applicants for 24 positions. The positions were placed in 19 different

departments and over 7 geographical locations. We carried out 114

first round interviews and 70 second round interview during a period of 1.5

months.

This year the application deadline will be 20 October and our ambition is to get 1 700

application for 13 -17 places. We want the process to be completed by 16

December. During the period we believe there will be a need for approx. 140

first time interviews.

We do not know how the recruitment for the program will be in the years following after

this, but we anticipate it is in the same size order.

The advertising services shall be provided for a one year period from September 2015 to August 2014 with a one year option period.
