Dear Sir / Madam, On behalf of the International Labour Office (ILO), I would like to invite your organization to submit a proposal for the provision of services to carry out a survey on recruitment practices and working conditions in agriculture in Uzbekistan. The solicitation letter, together with its Annexes I to VI form an integral part of the present Request for Proposals (hereinafter the "RFP"). In your proposal, it is essential that you strictly comply with the provisions of the RFP, particularly the Terms of Reference and the Terms and Conditions applicable to ILO Contracts for Services. You may submit a proposal to the ILO provided your company is qualified, able and willing to perform the services specified in the RFP. Please note that your proposal must also include a signed copy of the Certification to be submitted by a Bidder in an ILO Competitive Bidding Procedure (Annex II-B). Participation in this RFP indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions provided in the RFP and Annexes. Failure to comply with the provisions of the RFP and Annexes may render a proposal ineligible for consideration. We advise you to consult this Procurement Notice regularly, in order to access any supplementary documents or information that may be provided in relation to the RFP. The International Labour Organization (ILO) Headquarters in Geneva has a requirement for a survey on the recruitment practices and working conditions in the agricultural sector in Uzbekistan. In this regard, the ILO invites eligible suppliers to indicate their interest in providing the services necessary to carry out the above mentioned survey. Interested companies shall complete the EOI Response Form and Past Experience Form (Annexes 1 and 2),  in accordance with the instructions provided, and send the two forms and all supporting documentation  by email to procurement@ilo.org or by hand or courier to the address provided in the REOI document. The deadline for sending all EOI documentation is  02 January 2015, at 4 pm (Geneva time).
