Service stations in the following types: service summer, service, service selection, ceremonial, ceremonial selection. These shoes are part of the uniform of the professional soldier of the Army of the Slovak Republic. For all purchased topsheet types, they are a derby cut, produced in a black-and-white production process. The fastening is done by twisting with at least 6 rings. The exact specification of the required types of footwear is given in Section B.2 "Description of the subject of the contract" in the valid text of the tender documents.

The contracting authority shall ensure the supply of the subject of the procurement procedure in accordance with Section 66 (7) of Act no. 343/2015 Z. z. On public procurement. The result of the competition will be a framework agreement with one supplier to deliver the assortment:

- Leisure and recruiting at home, Leisure and recruiting at home, Leisure and recruiting at home.

The end of the drawdown is either the expiration of the 48-month period for which the framework agreement will be concluded, or the depletion of the specified amount of funds - the estimated value of the contract. The scope of supply of goods during the duration of the framework agreement will depend solely on the actual needs and financial possibilities of the contracting authority. The contracting authority does not divide this contract in part on the grounds that it is a single product type with minimum differences in detail. There is no need for subcontracting from other manufacturers during production. In the event of a division of this contract into part, a situation will arise which will allow the tenderer to submit a tender for only one of the lots. This would create a situation for the contracting authority that some parts would not be covered by the offer, thereby diminishing the objective of this procurement to ensure that the goods are fully available.
