The Norwegian Police Service consists of The National Police Directorate, the 12 police districts and 6 specialised bodies. The Norwegian Police Service has around 15 500 employees that together form a unified police force.

The police want to procure an electronic recruitment tool that shall safeguard the established processes for recruiting in the police and assist with further development.

The police want a recruitment tool that safeguards both potential applicants, applicants, HR/personnel employees and managers' needs for a safe, secure, effective and simple recruitment process.

The Police's objective with the procurement is i.a. that the recruitment tool shall be part of creating a comprehensive recruitment process in the police that shall give applicants a positive experience.

The Norwegian Armed Forces needs an internet based solution for recruiting to civil positions to ensure effective and secure management. There are strict requirements for security, performance and user friendliness for the solution that shall be procured. Currently there are more than 4 600 civil positions in the Norwegian Armed Forces. The Contracting Authority requests an option for expansion of use in the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency which has more than 800 civil positions. Between 400 and 600 civil positions are announced annually. Tenders in connection with the current procurement must have a price mechanism that takes into account an increase or reduction in this volume, including that the Solution must be usable in further sections of the defence sector in Norway as needed.

The Norwegian National Rail Administration wants tender offers on recruiting support for the trainee program.

The trainee scheme is central in ensuring The Norwegian National Rail Administration has access to the coveted

competence and future leaders.

Last year there were 1 451 applicants for 24 positions. The positions were placed in 19 different

departments and over 7 geographical locations. We carried out 114

first round interviews and 70 second round interview during a period of 1.5

months.

This year the application deadline will be 20 October and our ambition is to get 1 700

application for 13 -17 places. We want the process to be completed by 16

December. During the period we believe there will be a need for approx. 140

first time interviews.

We do not know how the recruitment for the program will be in the years following after

this, but we anticipate it is in the same size order.
