The new building will gather both literature, knowledge, finance, people and tradition/history under one roof.

The tender contest includes execution and delivery of all structural works and deliveries in connection with the project.

Including i.a.: Concrete works, steel works, wooden structures in the form of loadbearing structures made of plywood and walls/surfaces made of solid wood. Internal works, ceiling works, fixed furniture and fittings, etc. Complete execution of ground works, including outdoor works of a stipulated scope shall be included in the contract.

The contract also includes functions such as administrating sub-contractors and a main contractor.

The tender contest includes execution and delivery of all pipe technical works for the project. Including i.a.: Water/sewage installations, sprinkler systems and heating system, as well as the establishment of GeoExchange energy systems.

Oslo municipality needs an easy way to offer visitors and own employees coffee / hot drinks and cold water. The need arises both in administrative office buildings, in areas where meetings / courses are held, in waiting rooms and schools. In the municipality as a whole, there is therefore a large converging need across the many businesses. Due to different patterns of consumption in different businesses and user locations, there will be a need for a variety of coffee machines and water coolers with different functionality. The agreement will include the rental of instant machines, tractors, and fully automatic freshbrewing machines with the possibility of using whole beans and chopped coffee, as well as purchases of coffee and cocoa. The fully automatic machines should also be able to make milk-based beverages (based on dry milk), cocoa and water. The water coolers should be adapted for use in schools. On all current machine / service agreements, including consumables, it is traded annually for approx. 10 million. As of today, many companies in the municipality have entered into service agreements with today's supplier with a duration of 3 years, which means that many of the ongoing service agreements will overlap with a new supplier's framework agreement. Due to this, increasing sales are expected beyond the agreement. The estimate is only guarantor and does not imply any obligation for the principal. In addition to the main scope described above, there are two options in the agreement. The options include rental of used machines from suppliers who offer this and purchase extended service agreement. Suppliers' reply to the options will not be included in the evaluation of the competition. Details of the options are given in the specification.
