Enova wishes to engage an external service provider who can conduct technical third-party verification of applications for some of Enova's support programmes for renewable energy projects. Enova will take care of all executive works but wishes to use the selected provider to quality assure the technical basis for the assessment of applications.

Enova has different programs for support to renewable energy projects, and requests access to an external third-party verification for the following support programmes:

— District heating.

— Support for Energy Efficiency measures in the industry.

— Support for Energy Efficiency measures in various plants.

— Support for introduction of new technologies.

— Support for new energy and climate technologies in the industry.

The expected scope of the third party verification is approx. 130 applications per annum and the expected time spent on performing a complete technical third party verification will in average be approx. 6 hours per application. The assignment will also include a small amount of status and clarification meetings with Enova, or possibly with the applicant. The applications will be divided differently during the year and the selected Provider must therefore show flexibility in relation to the varying workload of the assignment.

In finance part of the course TIØ4258 Technology Management employed business simulator Hubro Business Simulation. The simulator is digital and submitted in Norwegian. The purpose behind the simulation is to illustrate complex economic relationships and letting the students use the curriculum in practice in an engaging way.
