Fredrikstad Municipality has recently revised its investment regime for construction projects. The regime is based on the government's scheme of concept study (KVU), management documentation and quality assurance of investment projects with expected cost over 750 million. The regime is adapted Fredrikstad municipality needs with amendments and simplifications where this is considered appropriate. Investment regime should include all municipal investment projects, both in purpose buildings (schools, care buildings, offices, culture and sports, etc..), Residential buildings and municipal engineering works such as roads, parks, water and sewage facilities, quays etc. Principal will in general agreement period have projects ranging from alternative analysis (concept studies) to completed construction.
To ensure principal feasibility of projects and development of corporate governance, clients have a need for, on short notice, to recoup consulting projects and other tasks associated with the development of a principal investment regime and corporate governance. For the projects will need assistance to inter alia implementation of needs assessments, alternative analysis, estimation, uncertainty analysis, etc. as well as external quality assurance.
Based on experiences in the implementation of revised investment regime is expected further to be in need of assistance for the development and implementation of management systems and procedures.
