The contract involves the supply, business skilled delivery and management of the (local) public office and IT environment of the six libraries in a "private cloud" solution.
In its business operations, the contracting authority makes use of service providers, applications and solutions for various organizational components to improve / optimize processes and internal cohesion. This tender focuses on the delivery of an Application with which the personnel and salary administration and financial administration can be carried out and relevant data can be processed.
In the new situation, the Tendering Department wishes to purchase the Application for personnel and salary administration and the financial administration from the Tenderer. The processing of data will be carried out by four (4) employees of the Contracting Entity in the Application presented by the Tenderer. In addition, a total of 26 school directors and administrative staff use the Application in various forms (ESS / MSS).
The purpose of the Tendering Department is to select and contract a Tenderer during an initial period of two (2) years. The contracting authority has a one-sided, optional extension option of six (6) times one (1) year.
