Total number of hours per year: 6020 hours (excluding holidays and sick days.). This total is an estimate, no rights can be derived.

The contracting authority wishes with this tender achieve the following result:
a service and therefore a partnership with one or two suppliers for the provision of emergency assistance including training and provision of emergency funding for an initial term of two years with an optional extension of two times one year.
The contract is divided into two lots, namely:
- Lot 1: Emergency and first aid training,
- Lot 2: emergency response resources.This training should be given at the location of Registrant; Providing BMI training; Taking care of AED training; Providing learning materials and provision of teaching materials that are needed to bring the programs to a successful conclusion; Organize a general casusdag (day) at a specified location, including using Lotus victim; Aftercare provide first aiders and / or first aid personnel in the event of a serious situation (post trauma care) as being in need of putting an AED; The assessment and ensure certification of participants; Pursuing a certification administration and consequent activities.
Lot 2 Services and Resources provide support and / or advice in the preparation of business security scans / -R & E per site; Support can offer and / or advise in the preparation of an emergency response plan; Making escape route drawings; Checking and approving individual (non-building-related) manual fire extinguishers, if necessary, observe annual evacuation drills each site and evaluate emergency response coordinators; Providing and managing emergency response related resources;Maintenance radios; Annually approve AEDs and Evac chairs; Check and replace if necessary first aid boxes.
