The scope and purpose of the contract

The competition is for the procurement of the service ‘The Founder Office in West-Telemark’ for Seljord, Kviteseid, Nissedal, Tokke, Vinje and Fyresdal municipalities. The contracting authority in the procurement process is West-Telemark Council, hereafter called VTR, on behalf of its municipalities. The contracting authority has a clear expectation that the procurement's value shall not exceed 450 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum. The volume is an estimate and, thus, not binding. Lots and alternative tenders

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed.

The contracting authority considered splitting the contract in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable.
