The estimated cost of labor is 759 172.33 EUR + VAT.

The total amount, including any renewal period, is 1,192,974.68 EUR + VAT.

- 894 000 EUR + downstream VAT, including 630 000 EUR + VAT for regular maintenance, 180 000 EUR + VAT for programmed pruning and 84 000 EUR + VAT available for extraordinary maintenance work that may be needed such as restoring areas damaged by work, falls of trees and / or tree branches, cleaning of the Rector's Garden, extraordinary disinfestations, total parking disruptions, selective discharges, fertilizers, other unprogrammable jobs, etc .;

- 6 000 EUR + VAT for non-interfering security charges.

The estimated cost of labor for the period 1.4.2018 to 31.3.2024 is 526 500 EUR + VAT calculated on the basis of the performance of the services directly by the economic operator without the use of the lawnmower robots subject to proposed in the technical report.

The total amount including the possible extension period is 975 000 EUR + VAT.
