This consultation relates to the choice of a future provider will conduct a study on the potential deployment of electricity at berth in major seaports and river ports and autonomous economic models, legal and possible techniques. Intellectual benefit that will be entrusted to the future holder of the chosen market through this consultation is to: draw up a precise inventory of the capacity of electrical networks upstream and within the main terminals likely to receive this type of installation ( to define steering committee); present the different existing technical solutions or become short / medium term (adaptation and the local power grid connection, batteries, LNG barge, etc.) and their main characteristics and their suitability or not with the technical characteristics identified during the inventory of network capacity; identify key indicators necessary ports to accurately identify the potential market and ships to target their prospective approaches for the development of shore power in port; describe the possible economic and legal models for this type of installation.
