Objectives: To assist companies with a specific project to be submitted in the framework of a call for project on the methodology of project mounting, the action plan and the organization in relation to the assembly; answering questions related to the setting up of a project; intervention on a specific point in the project set-up; assistance in the event that the company is a partner in a project and where it is asked to contribute to the project writing. In no case, the accompaniment within the framework of this lot, may include the complete assembly of a European project.
Objectives: to propose to SMEs applying for the SME Instrument program an intervention on Phase 1 and Phase 2, upstream of the aids offered by BPI or in substitution thereof. Under no circumstances can the accompanying support take charge of the complete assembly of a SME Instrument Phase 2 project.

Lot 3 Virtual reality / augmented reality experimentation with elaboration of several scenarios of virtual or augmented reality solutions.
Lot 4 Strategic and financial consulting, financial engineering support on the financial package related to the project: assessment of the company's needs at the time of launch, anticipation of future needs, evaluation of the best financial package.
Lot 5 Consulting engineering for projects to create / modernize production tools engineering services for the realization of a feasibility study to specify the needs for a project of relocation / extension / creation of industrial sites, in the with an increase in the company's production capacity or the development of new industrial processes.
The present contracts relate to the provision of assistance to project management, as well as the design, development, hosting and maintenance of an institutional extranet site called the Fides - Billing Resource Center. These contracts are public contracts with tranches (Article 77 of Decree 360-2016 of 25.3.2016) with a firm tranche which starts on the date of notification of the contract until 1.3.2018 and two successive 12 months option tranches. The procedure is broken down into 2 lots: the object of lot 1 is the assistance to the contracting authority; The object of lot 2 is the acquisition, maintenance and hosting of an extranet solution. The details of the services expected and the tranches are included in the CCTP common to both lots. The Contracts will be notified to the Contractor after approval by the supervisory authorities.
