The City of Vantaa city municipal technology center will ask you for a bid for the construction of outdoor lighting and electrical engineering for 2018-2019 at a unit price.

The City of Vantaa city municipal technology center will ask you for a bid for the construction of outdoor lighting and electrical engineering for 2018 - 2019 at a unit price. Construction sites are mainly focused on street and green areas.

Two (2) Suppliers will be selected on the basis of tenders. The arrangement creates a priority order in which the most advantageous bidder is in the position

one (1) and the next lowest ranked two (2).

In the case of projects covered by the framework agreement, two procedures are used:

1. Free choice

In-house purchases under the national threshold are made freely by the selected Supplier for a framework agreement selected by the contracting entity taking into account the purchasing needs of each order.

2. Preferential arrangements

In-house purchases exceeding the national threshold are requested from suppliers selected in the framework agreement in accordance with the order of priority.

Before Orders The Client inquires about the Supplier's ability to perform the work in accordance with the terms set by the Customer.

The vendor must respond to the above inquiries within 7 days. If no reply or order confirmation is submitted within the above mentioned time period, the answer may be interpreted as a negative response and the Customer will inquire about the contract from the next Priority Ordering Vendor.

The customer may also, if he so chooses, to tender for the projects covered by the Framework Agreement as a separate contract.
