Generations House is the name of a vision on the development of a standardized building concept for social housing in urban areas. SKI provider framework agreement 50.55 on Office Supplies.

SKI offers a number of framework agreements for the supply of office supplies, paper sheets and school supplies, called '50.55 Office Supplies'

Offering is being made on behalf of SKI's customers listed in Annex I.

50.55 is the first agreement where bulk purchases benefits with state and municipality on the same agreement can be utilized to create even more attractive deals.

The framework agreement implies that state institutions under the circular on government procurement will be required to purchase the framework contract products and related services in the on framework agreement selected supplier.

Connection Agreements with SKI can be concluded as the latest on 10/31/2018 (12 months after the earliest possible date for the offer binding framework agreements).

That framework agreements are binding means that the pre-connected customers and the customers listed in Annex I, which is committed through an affiliation agreement, is obliged to use framework agreements.

The binding framework agreement is concluded between the supplier and the individual customer, which in practice means that there will be signed a number of similar framework agreements with each customer.

The binding framework only regulate the relationship between the individual customer and the supplier.

Facility management tasks in a large part of the Danish state are gathered with the Danish Building Agency. The assignments will be offered in 3 waves, where daily deliveries within facility management will be carried out by an external supplier in an integrated contract for each of the 3 waves. The first wave assignments have an estimated annual value between 200-300,000,000 DKK within the service areas cleaning, catering (canteen), internal service, interior maintenance, safety, outdoor areas and waste management. Deliveries during the first wave are expected to come into operation in the second half of 2019 for the institutions involved.
