Danmarks National bank is using the Calypso system front-to-back across assets as the portfolio management system. The continuous improvement of the system is handled internally in Nationalbanken. As part of the continuous improvement of the Calypso system, configuration in the Calypso system is performed for front-to-back functionality.

Nationalbanken is looking for three suppliers of Calypso Business Analysts (Calypso BA) with senior configuration skills within the Calypso system and excellent business knowledge on the front-to-back area. Award of contracts based on the framework agreement will be based on a re-opening of the competition.

The tasks to be performed by the Calypso BA's could be but are not limited to:

— Daily participation in the Continuous Improvement Calypso Team in Nationalbanken.

— Participation in development projects extending the business use of the Calypso system in Nationalbanken.

— Configuration of business solutions on front-, middle or back office area (including accounting area).

— Advice on configuration and business solutions in the Calypso system of Nationalbanken.

The Calypso BA should have at least 2 years of experience in an IT implementation project within front, middle or back office in a financial organization.

Documented extended experience in configuration of the Calypso system is required.

The Calypso BA should be able to analyse and provide efficient and professional solutions for complex business related problems. This requires the ability to work independently as well as finding solutions in close collaboration with internal business experts of Nationalbanken. The Calypso BA should be able to configure the business requirements in Calypso. If a solution cannot be configured, the Calypso BA should be highly experienced in producing detailed requirements for a custom solution to a Calypso Technical Analyst (Calypso TA).

All solutions should be tested thoroughly by the Calypso BA, i.e. writing and executing test cases using a standard test tool. Furthermore, it is required that all solutions are well documented in writing and explained to relevant business people.

The Calypso BA should have an excellent financial understanding. This includes detailed knowledge about subjects such as corporate actions, settlement of bond trades and cash, market data, and bond static data. Knowledge about the Danish financial sector, including Danish mortgage bonds, is an advantage.

Superb written and oral English skills are required.

Væksthuset fungerer som operatør på GLOBALmidt-projektet, der har som overordnet formål at skabe erhvervsmæssig vækst og udvikling via øget mobilisering af eksport- og internationaliseringsperspektiver hos Region Midtjyllands iværksættere og SMV'er. Projektperioden løber til 31.12.2014. Projektet består af en række aktiviteter. Fælles for en række af disse aktiviteter er, at de udføres med en række partnere, der forestår udførelsen af opgaverne i samarbejde med Væksthuset med tilkøb af konsulentydelser til at varetage dele af opgaverne. Partnerne i projektet GLOBALmidt er: — Agro Business Park (Enterprise Europe Network) — VIA University College, Horsens — Central Denmark EU Office, Bruxelles. Det samlede projekt GLOBALmidt omfatter følgende aktiviteter: — Markedsbesøg: Et antal markedsbesøg på udenlandske markeder med 8-10 deltagende virksomheder pr. besøg. Væksthus Midtjylland og Agro Business Park er ansvarlig for aktivitetens gennemførelse.. — Strategisk samarbejde med Eksportrådet: Formålet hermed er at øge kendskabet til Eksportrådets tilbud og muligheder og give virksomhederne en let og smidig adgang til Eksportrådets mange udenlandske repræsentationer. Væksthus Midtjylland er ansvarlig for aktivitetens gennemførelse. — Salg til internationale organisationer: Formålet med dette initiativ er, at virksomhederne er informeret om mulighederne for at deltage i offentlige licitationer, herunder EU, Verdensbanken og FN udbud. Konsulentydelser til aktiviteten Salg til Internationale Organisationer udbydes sideløbende med dette udbud ved særskilt udbudsbekendtgørelse. Agro Business Park er ansvarlig for aktivitetens gennemførelse. — Intensiveret samarbejde med GoGlobal: Formålet er at give virksomhederne en lettere og mere smidig adgang til at kunne udnytte de forskellige ordninger og ydelser, som GoGlobal samarbejdet indeholder. GoGlobal samarbejdet består af Eksportrådet, Investeringsfonden for Udviklingslande, Eksportkreditfonden og Danida. Væksthus Midtjylland er ansvarlig for aktivitetens gennemførelse. — Styrket udnyttelse af innovationscentrene: Formålet er at styrke innovationskapaciteten hos midtjyske virksomheder ved at skabe adgang til førende udenlandske forsknings- og innovationsmiljøer ved de danske innovationscentre. Der vil dels være fokus på tre eksisterende innovationscentre (München, Shanghai og Silicon Valley), dels på tre nye innovationscentre (Seoul, São Paulo og Bangalore). Agro Business Park er ansvarlig for aktivitetens gennemførelse. — Korterevarende workshops i internationalisering og eksport: Formålet er at løfte virksomhedernes kompetenceniveau ved gennemførelse af en række eksport relevante workshops. Væksthus Midtjylland og VIA University College, Horsens er ansvarlige for aktivitetens gennemførelse. - Internationaliseringspakker: Formålet er at assistere et antal af de virksomheder, der deltager i GLOBALmidt, i et længere og mere fokuseret forløb. Dette vil ske gennem medfinansiering af internationaliseringsrådgivning i form af internationaliseringspakker på 150 eller 300 timers varighed. Væksthus Midtjylland er ansvarlig for aktivtetens gennemførelse. Eksterne konsulentopgaver til brug for gennemførelse af de enkelte aktiviteter udbydes i relevant omfang ved særskilte udbud. Udbuddet af konsulentydelser til de enkelte aktiviteter under projektet er struktureret således, at Væksthus Midtjylland håndterer udbudsprocessen, mens de endelige kontrakter vil blive indgået mellem tilbudsgiver og enten Væksthus Midtjylland eller den relevante samarbejdspartner/de relevante samarbejdspartner, der er ansvarlige fra GLOBALmidt konsortiet på den konkrete aktivitet. Det primære mål med ordningen er, at den skal give iværksættere og små virksomheder med vækstambitioner adgang til sparring og rådgivning hos erfarne erhvervsfolk. Herudover skal ordningen bidrage til at styrke virksomhedernes muligheder for at få adgang til risikovillig kapital med henblik på, at iværksætterne og de mindre virksomheder kommer ind i solide vækstforløb. Sparringen skal derfor blandt andet gøre virksomhederne investeringsparate. Det er målet af 20 % af de iværksættere/små virksomheder, der kommer igennem et POB-forløb skal opnå ekstern finansiering. Idéklinikken in Copenhagen, www.ideklinik.kk.dk tasked to collect, develop, test and implement ideas from approx. 550,000 citizens 8,000-9,000 employees and companies. In this context there is a need for one to several systems to keep track of the information coming from the outside as well as the various phases of the projects. Idéklinikken must therefore have solved the following tasks: 1 System can receive ideas from the website, SMS and MMS. Preferably with good search function. 2 System can screen the ideas, organize them and send back replies to the sender. 3 System that can provide an overview of project phases, making it possible to comment on the ideas on the website, as well as potentially able to work with CITRIX CITRIX is a server-based solution. User programs are being run on the server and is not a local. All that the user uses programs is centralized and thus easier to handle and maintain.
