Replacement of printing and copying technology for the business of the Thuringian State Finance Office and the Thuringian Ministry of Finance.
The AG wants to install an operating model with the following requirements:
- Purchase of desktop printers and job MFPs;
- Service contract for these two classes of devices, this includes the service (maintenance), maintenance and the supply of consumables (except the exchange of consumables on the device);
. - Rental of multifunction devices including full service (with consumables (except service, maintenance and supply of this is the replacement of consumables on the device));
- Use of an authentication solution for leased equipment;
- Use of management, administration and asset management solutions for all devices.
The objective is to implement an economic, consistent and high-quality service and operating model, taking account of current technologies.
To account for medium-sized businesses account in the award of the work to be performed was divided into 2 sub-lots.
In addition to the services mentioned above includes the sub-lot 1 (purchase of desktop printers and job MFPs) and the utilization of existing stock of desktop printers (repurchase offer).
