This contract aims to provide airline tickets for passengers and luggage on business trips at home and abroad. 1.1. Purpose of the Service 1. The implementation of Service 1 aims to analyze the current state of the MIS 2020, identifying opportunities for implementing improvements in the system contributing to the implementation of key business requirements.
1.2. Scope of Service 1. The contractor will analyze the current status and functionality of MIS 2020 and will identify opportunities for development of the system in accordance with goals. The analysis should be based at least review the application questions, answers and comments given by consumers to use and practice of internal users.
