WYCA currently has a contract for static panels and scrolling sheets advertising and has given notice to terminate the agreement w.e.f March 2017 to make way for digital sites. WYCA is now wishing to sign a new agreement or licence with a company who could provide the digital units, ‘sell’ the advertising and be responsible for all maintenance and running electricity costs. The contractor will own the units. WYCA will receive income/profit share and be offered some free advertising space.

The Authority has commissioned a 3 200 000 GBP contract for the provision of a replacement Floating Bridge which will operate between Cowes and East Cowes on the Isle of Wight. The contract was won by Welsh boat building firm Mainstay Marine Solutions based in Pembroke Dock in Pembrokeshire; it is scheduled for delivery in early 2017 and should be operational by the end of March. The Authority is seeking an established media agency that can effectively retail the advertising opportunities that exist and maximise the associated income which will offset the annual revenue operating costs of the bridge. The opportunities include poster frames, LED televisions and the hulls of the bridge itself; however the Authority also welcomes the views of the tenderers on other opportunities that can be exploited to generate additional advertising based revenue.

The successful supplier is to effectively retail advertising opportunities that will exist on the new floating bridge and to maximise the income generated by that advertising. The advertising opportunities that will be available are (a) A2 poster frames, (b) LED televisions and (c) The hulls of the bridge itself; however the Authority also welcomes the views of the tenderers on other opportunities that can be exploited to generate additional advertising based revenue.

Liverpool City Council (the Contracting Authority) is seeking a commercial partner or partners to manage large format digital advertising signs, by way of concession, using a bespoke Competitive Procedure with Negotiation.

The successful commercial partner will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of the large digital format advertising boards across the City, and will be able to exploit the opportunities for selling of advertising on these formats.

The Contracting Authority requires a Guaranteed annual revenue and % share of Gross Sales over the 10 year concession period.

The Contracting Authority also invites Bidders to identify and optimise other potential sites across the City of Liverpool for approval, by bringing sites forward for development as part of the concession.

Liverpool City Council has identified 13 No. initial sites capable of displaying large format digital advertising screens to be brought forward under a new concessions contract.

The maximum duration of the concession contract has been determined on the basis of the time that the successful commercial partner could reasonably be expected to take to recoup the investments made in operating the subject matter of the concession, together with a return on invested capital required to bring about the development/installation of the sites during the life of the concession contract.

The Scottish Ministers wish to award a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Creative Services. The Framework will be multi-supplier with up to 5 suppliers appointed.

Creative Services will include the development, creation and delivery of effective and measurable marketing communications programmes and advertising campaigns as well as elements of wider activities, based on a Framework Public Body's brief, and potentially delivered in partnership with the relevant marketing agencies.

The suppliers must have the capability and experience in managing and providing strategic creative development and delivery across the disciplines of this category, including the delivery of advertising activity, content creation, engaging field activity, impactful, targeted and measurable communications.

The Framework Agreement will be available for use by the Scottish Ministers (including Agencies), Scottish Non-Departmental Public Bodies, offices in the Scottish Administration which are not ministerial offices, cross-border public authorities within the meaning of section 88(5) of the Scotland Act 1998, the Scotland Office, the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body, councils constituted under section 2 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994, Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, the Scottish Police Authority, Scottish health boards or special health boards, all NHS Scotland, The Integrated Joint Boards established further to the Public Bodies (Joint Working) Act 2014, bodies registered as social landlords under the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001, Student Loans Company Limited, the Forestry Commission, the Commissioner of Northern Lighthouse operating as the Northern Lighthouse Board, Equality and Human Rights Commission, Business Stream Ltd, the Business Gateway National Unit at the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities, further or higher education institutions being fundable bodies within the meaning of section 6 of the further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005, any public body established by or under the Scotland Act 1998 or any Act of the Scottish Parliament, any association of or formed by 1 or more of the foregoing, bodies financed wholly or mainly by 1 or more of the foregoing, bodies subject to management supervision by 1 or more of the foregoing and bodies more than half of the board of directors or members of which, or, in the case of a group of individuals, more than half of those individuals, being appointed by 1 or more of the foregoing. In addition to the contracting authorities listed, the framework agreement will be available to charities entered on the Scottish Charity Register and voluntary organisations entered on the Membership Database of the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations.

The promotion of the Lubuskie Province by air carrier operates from Zielona Gora / Babimost to Warsaw and from Warsaw airport Zielona Gora / Babimost in the amount of 10 flights a week throughout the duration of the contract on the route Zielona Gora / Babimost - Warsaw (WAW) - Zielona Gora / Babimost the use of advertising media described in the Annex to OPZ:

The Contracting Authority requires that all the activities that make up the subject of the contract were performed by the Contractor planes with an in at least 30 or more passenger seats,

The contractor can realize the object of the contract:

- As a direct air connections between IEG and WAW WAW and the IEG, or

- With the possibility of performing overs in IEG in the performance of air services

from other EU airports from / to WAW,

For calls made within its own merger Contractor ordering a possibility of making calls with a stopover in WAW,

The contracting parties shall agree, within 7 working days after signing the contract a weekly schedule of flights.

2) The promotion will include:

a. placing advertising material / Employer promotional banner on the main website of the Contractor (all language versions of the website) with additional redirection also indicated by the Employer website,

2 (two) aircraft Contractor (including the one implementing flight connections on the route Zielona Gora / Babimost - Warsaw - Zielona Gora / Babimost) visible logos Lubuskie Province on both sides of the hull, along with the website address - Lubuskie.pl,

c. placing on all aircraft Contractor materials and publications promoting Lubuskie (attached to the letter board of the Contractor) provided by the Employer and the inclusion of the contribution of the editorial promoting Lubuskie writing / publishing board of the Contractor, at least 1 time in each new edition,

d. execution during the promotion WL mailing with a message promoting Lubuskie and Airport Zielona Gora / Babimost - min. the number of subscribers 50 tys./kwartał.

Contractor after the end of each quarter, along with an invoice for the month of closing the quarter will provide the report sent out mailings to subscribers.
