The service provides access to many news outlets keeping personnel current on worldwide activities. This access is essential because all means to gain, maintain, and increase our knowledge should be utilized. The most effective means of situational awareness is the major news media via cable TV. This action also provides for internet service required in Building 3707 for connectivity of equipment that cannot be connected to an Army or DoD network.
