The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to negotiate an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract with Firm Fixed Price provisions utilizing the procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5, “Test Program for Certain Commercial Items”. The contractor shall provide voice and data telecommunications services in the Hampton Roads, Virginia area as required by NCTAMS LANT. The period of performance shall be for a base year with provisions for (4) six month option periods along with FAR 52.217-8 “Option to Extend Services.” The period of performance is anticipated to begin 02 Aug 2015. Radio alarm boxes that are shared with multiple building shall be separated and each building shall have its own radio alarm box.
