Superfast 2 Cymru (Project) is a national project to bring superfast broadband to areas of Wales currently deemed commercially unviable by the market.
The current Superfast Cymru programme is due to end in 2017. Access to superfast broadband for the remaining underserved eligible premises will be addressed via the Project.
The purpose of this voluntary notice is to commence a market engagement exercise to explore the range of possible solutions / strategies prior to embarking on a competitive bid process to appoint contractor/s to deliver the Project.
Public sector investment of circa 30 000 000 GBP to 200 000 000 GBP may be available from UK Dept. for Culture, Media and Sport, Welsh Government and European Structural and Investment Funds programme for 2014 — 2020 in Wales.

The NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust are acting on behalf of Cardiff and Vale University Local Health Board who are seeking to establish a Framework for the provision of Radio-pharmaceutical Consumables and Krypton Gas Generators within the Medical Physics Department.
PETIC are committed to either purchasing or leasing an automated dose dispenser system.
The system PETIC wishes to procure will allow for the receipt of a shielded vial of a positron emitting radio-pharmaceutical. The system will, under operator control, dispense the required radioactivity and volume of the radio-pharmaceutical and administer it to the patient via a remote delivery line.
As part of a wider upgrade of equipment within the Cardiff Catalysis Institute (CCI), School of Chemistry, a Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) is required. Although the primary role of the SEM will be for analysis of catalytic materials relating to academic research in Cardiff University, the instrument will eventually be part of a wider microscopy suite which will service other research groups within Cardiff University, in particular the Compound Semiconductor Institute.

NWSSP on behalf of Cardiff and Vale NHS University Local Health Board uLHB purchases the Maintenance of Internal Pager Bleeper Systems on behalf of Corporate Services in the University Hospital of Wales. The current products were purchased out of capital monies many years ago. These were purchased from Multitone. The usage of these has reduced greatly but there is still a requirement for those still in use to be maintained. Any change of supplier currently would necessitate the purchase of new pagers and incur a cost implication which in the current climate the Health Board are not able to undertake. Based on this whilst they review the future requirements they wish to put a contract in for three years on an annual basis whilst the requirement for this contract is reviewed.
The requirements under the maintenance include:

The above on site response is based on a 5-day week 09:00 to 17:00 (excluding Statutory holidays).
