Client Name - Ukrainian State Air Traffic Services Enterprise (UkSATSE)
The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from, or Grant administered by, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ('the Bank') for the above named project. Additional financing details are as follows:
a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank), Co-financed by EIB in amount of 50% of the project estimated costs.
The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost of 82360000.00 EUR, will require the procurement of the following:
Modernisation of the Air Navigation System:
1. Extension of the UkSATSE Backbone Telecommunication Network (BTN);
2. Receiving-transmitting radio centres with VoIP function
3. Gateways to implement VoIP in the existing VCS
4. Distance Measuring Equipment (DME)
5. Instrument landing system (ILS)
6. PSR/SSR Mode S (EHS) and SSR Mode S (EHS)
7. Surveillance System using ADS
Tendering for the above contracts is expected to begin on 12/04/2017.
Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from/ grant administered by the Bank will be open to firms from any country.
The proceeds of the loan from, or Grant administered by, the Bank will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, of for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law or official regulation of the Client's country.
