The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the procurement of installation, training and implementation of a Closed Circuit Television System (CCTV) and customized desk to accommodate viewing stations for daily surveillance operations and daily work operations. Offeror�s shall furnish a complete system specifying what, if any, items are billed at an hourly rate and provide a breakdown showing how the rate was derived (labor, materials, equipment and warranty from acceptance date for a complete and functional CCTV system). The Offeror shall remove all existing CCTV equipment and infrastructure. The Government is requesting a discount. Evaluation of quotations will be based on lowest price/technically acceptable. All applicable provisions and clauses are attached. All interested sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. The Government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price purchase order.
