The Beardmore Hotel and Conference Centre is a world class conference venue wholly owned and managed by the NHS in Scotland. The Hotel is currently the subject of a rebranding process which will culminate in it’s transition in early 2016 to be renamed The Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel.
As part of the transition to the new brand the Hotel wishes to replace the current Television services provided within the 168 Guest Bedrooms to reflect its commitment to provide 1st class facilities and services to its guests.
Expressions of interest are sought from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide, install and maintain the required television equipment and communication infrastructure to all 168 Guest Bedrooms. This will include the provision of High Definition Television Screens (minimum size 38”) to all rooms. The offered equipment must be able to be placed free standing and also be capable of wall mounting.
The television should be of a high-quality and be capable of, as a minimum, providing a full range of services including, television terrestrial /cable or satellite, and Digital Radio. Consideration may be given to additional services that may be accessed via the television equipment or innovative options that the solution can provide. The hotel has a wide range of users from medical related, leisure and tours to conference and corporate guests. Any solution should support the hotels high-quality and 4 star accreditation.
The anticipated time frame to complete the procurement process and have the equipment delivered installed and operational is December 2015.
