1. The contract is for the provision of services consisting of conducting 11 Annual Development Programmes for schools and kindergartens from the district Carthusian within the project entitled. System to support the development of schools in the district Carthusian co-financed by the European Social Fund under the Operational Programme Human Capital. 2. Employer allows partial bids. It consists of eleven independent parts. 3. The Contractor is obliged to carry out activities in person or by persons indicated in the tender, which meet the conditions for participation in the proceedings and have relevant experience in the field of object classes described in the requirements for the contractor. It is not possible to carry out activities and deployments remotely DEP (eg. Instant messaging, teleconferencing, telephone). 4. In addition to hours of classes and implementations of DEP, the Contractor shall provide all participants an e-mail and give participants a response to questions about the subject matter of the course and implementations put in electronic form (e-mail) within 5 working days from the date of grant requests electronically. 5. Contractor shall receive from the Employer documents which focused on the problematic situation of the project participants and assumptions DEP, which allow you to customize the subject of individual sessions in order to achieve these objectives and results. However, each time the Contractor is obliged to carry out reconnaissance in the group of participants in the classroom and be able to verify on a regular basis of their subject matter, so as to achieve the intended purpose and results. 7. Each time prior to the implementation of the various forms of DEP and parts thereof the Contractor shall provide the Purchaser (or his representative) a detailed program of activities, together with an indication of the results and information about the equipment room (eg. A projector with a computer to handle, screen, flipchart) required is the execution of the contract. The Purchaser or its representative shall review and acceptance of the program and provide appropriate equipment classrooms. The syllabus should contain the following information: the leading concepts, methods, how to achieve and measure the goal of training - a summary of the literature. 8. As part of the contract the Contractor shall prepare and forward to each participant a set of classes (eg. Photocopies) training materials (in an amount corresponding to the size of the group) thematically consistent with the subject of the course, each time before the start of each class. A model of the proposed materials will be submitted for verification by the customer along with the program of activities. Acceptance and positive verification and the model curriculum materials are provided to enable the Contractor to carry out activities! 9. Frequency and duration of teaching depends on the preferences of the teachers of the project participants. One of the aims of the project is to adjust the length and frequency of activities to the requirements of the project participants, so they do not interfere with their professional and private participants, which directly translates into the number of the target group. Due to the nature of the target group Contractor remains fully disposable for the assignment of class times. The Employer in consultation with teachers (project participants) will appoint to carry out the terms of classes with a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. The Employer will provide the appropriate amount of the participants within the previously marked. The Contractor will be required to carry out activities within the prescribed period. In justified cases (eg. Illness Contractor) The Contractor may replace the timing of the activities in consultation with the Employer or his representative. The Contractor is responsible for organizing activities for the participants at a convenient time. 10. Upon completion of the DEP within 14 days the Contractor shall submit a report on the implementation of the Employer DEP containing the following information: a) the number of hours, b) the specific topics of classes and methods, c) the objectives achieved as a result of the extra training, d) the kind of teacher materials e) the nature of the products developed. The report will form part of the documentation related to the evaluation of the quality of the project and will be included in the design documentation. 11. A detailed description of the contract is contained in Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference.
