The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to issue a solicitation on or after July 8, 2016 for a firm-fixed-price Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) enterprise contract to satisfy an ongoing need at the VA enterprise level to procure video teleconferencing (VTC) equipment and associated support to replace equipment that is currently, or soon to be, obsolete or at end-of-life.
