To provide maintenance and repair services for Harris XG-75. Service includes: maintenance and repair of any internal or external component malfunctions or failures causing the radio to become non-mission capable. The contractor shall, on a monthly basis, make coordination with the Facility Physical Security Noncommissioned Officer in Charge to pick up any radios requiring maintenance/repair. Radios turned in for repairs will be returned to the USDB within 30 calendar days, unless coordination is made requiring additional time. If repairs cannot be made to bring the radio to a status of mission capable, the radio will be replaced.
