DCI — supply, installation and commissioning of digital television equipment

The aim of the contract is to supply and install DVB-T digital television equipment in 3 locations in the Province of Panama, relocate the currently operating transmitter and adapt 2 transmitters in accordance with the following:
1. Cabecera (main building): supply and installation of equipment such as 1 ASI-IP converter, 1 SFN adapter/MIPS inserter with built-in GPS, MPEG4 SD encoders and 1 for MPEG-I Layer II audio and 1 EPG generator.
2. Cerro Oscuro station (transmission site): supply and installation of a 4-kW solid-state liquid-cooled UHF DVB-T transmitter, with double exciter, 1 complete radiating system, an extension to the tower (conduit) of 11 usable metres which can be built into the current tower structure, which houses 1 radiating system with 24 UHF panels.
3. Campana station (repeater): relocation of the current 750-watt transmitter and adaptation of the current 2 SFN transmitters with 1 GPS synchronisation system (10 MHz, 1 Pps), with backup receiver, F.A. and antenna. This also includes the supply and installation of equipment such as 1 free-standing 40-m tower, 1 IP-ASI converter with preservation of SFN, 1 generator unit of 120/240 V 60 Hz, 25 kVA (55 e/kW in 3-phase, 40 e/kW in single-phase), 1 transfer panel (400 A series 300), 1 10-kVA UPS and 400 DVB-T HD decoders.
