DSS currently has a telephony agreement with existing supplier to provide fixed and mobile telephony. Existing agreement expires in April 2017 and DSS want with this procurement to sign a new framework agreement with a supplier to provide telephony services.
Telephony is an important tool for DSS and the other businesses in the government ministries. There are high standards of safety, quality and service availability, both during normal, everyday use and in crisis or emergency situations. DSS is consequently a need to sign a new contract with a vendor that can deliver a secure and reliable access to mobile and fixed network.
Purchase of mobile terminals and landlines with relevant accessories are not covered by this agreement.
The agreement will provide flexibility related to changes in costs resulting from the changed usage patterns and service scope.
Further specification of functional requirements and any options will be stated in the tender documents.
The project is part of the new double track between Bergen Station and Arna, and includes development of the station in Bergen, from the station hall and out to Fløen and new interlocking system. The drive itself including platforms and platform equipment, is not part of the project scope.
UBF 34 is a contract with items from Track / KL.
UBF 35 is a construction with elements of high voltage, low voltage and telecommunications.
The works will take place in existing infrastructure or close to this at Bergen Station and require great flexibility and planning. There will be a limited scope of togfrie periods reported for 2018, 2019 and 2020. The work will otherwise have to be adapted "white time" in graphic route for the distance (refer to the attached timetable for 2017). It will run four contracts simultaneously in the same area and there is therefore a need for close coordination between the contractors. In addition, flights will be coordination with other works between Arna - Bergen (projects or maintenance activities). The Client is responsible for coordination between the contracts.
