Oppland county would like, on behalf of Oppland county, Norges grønne fagskole — Vea og Innlandet Revisjon IKS, to get tenders for telephony systems and services.
— Contract for the delivery of a telephony system, as well as services for commissioning, service and maintenance.
— Framework agreement for the delivery of telephony equipment (mobiles and telephone apparatuses and accompanying equipment).
— Framework agreement for the delivery of telephony services (telephone lines/connection, subscriptions, calls, etc.).
The current telephony system is complex and demanding on both resource and costs. Oppland county would like to develop a telephony/interaction system that involves a technical simplification, and, which is less demanding on resources and costs than the current system. At the same time, the system must be modern and future orientated and it must meet our requirements in the best possible way.
The service part of the delivery includes telephone lines/connection, calls, subscriptions, number series, etc. There are approx. 300 000 calls from landlines and approx. 400 000 calls from mobiles per annum. Approx. 85 % of the calls are made during the day.
