Oppland county would like, on behalf of Oppland county, Norges grønne fagskole — Vea og Innlandet Revisjon IKS, to get tenders for telephony systems and services.
— Contract for the delivery of a telephony system, as well as services for commissioning, service and maintenance.
— Framework agreement for the delivery of telephony equipment (mobiles and telephone apparatuses and accompanying equipment).
— Framework agreement for the delivery of telephony services (telephone lines/connection, subscriptions, calls, etc.).
The current telephony system is complex and demanding on both resource and costs. Oppland county would like to develop a telephony/interaction system that involves a technical simplification, and, which is less demanding on resources and costs than the current system. At the same time, the system must be modern and future orientated and it must meet our requirements in the best possible way.
The service part of the delivery includes telephone lines/connection, calls, subscriptions, number series, etc. There are approx. 300 000 calls from landlines and approx. 400 000 calls from mobiles per annum. Approx. 85 % of the calls are made during the day.
The tender documentation concerns construction of 7.2 kilometres of road on County Hwy 33 between Languisher (P.3150) and Totenvika Church (P.10.200). The construction will take place on and along the existing County Hwy 33. The new road will be constructed according to design class S2 and with 1.07 m of frost protection layer.
In addition, a 5.5 km pedestrian/cycle path is to be constructed with 3 meter intermediate ditch alongside County Hwy 33.
From Keelhaul (P.4.600) to Totenvika School (approx. P.9.800) a new municipal water and waste water system will be built. From Bosporus (P7200) to Totenvika school (P9800) this is done with associated surface water installation and deep drainage, and the road bed for pedestrian and cycle path is established.
The contract includes some work for cable companies with re-laying of electrical and telecommunication installations.
